This is a fun effect that will give your pages all kinds of pop! If you want to save the pdf file, make sure to do it right away because I only leave the tutorials up for a week. You can always go back and find the old ones on my blog though, because I don't remove them from there.

Saved...for when I get PSCS:D. thanks gundi:hug:, Ill give it a go in PSP...I think it has glowing edges or something like that.

Oh how fun - love the name you gave the tutorial Chris!!! LOL even though I don't need the tutorial (:lol:) I'm off to go download it just because I can :D.
I am thinking of doing some more of these to frame for my husband to put up in his cube at work - they remind me so much of those inspirational posters you see if offices.

This is using the Mandy/Christine Light Bright Photo Effect - settings 2, 9, 4
BUT, I added one more step - Edit > Fade > Stylize Glow (Luminosity 100%)
BTW...
Here are the ORIGINAL ROSES.... In this layout they are they roses on the Right side...Yes the light pink ones

I was just commenting to Chris in a PM that it is really cool to see how the results can vary based on the photo used! Look at how much detail and color of the flower remains in Debilou's LO - awesome!!!

Ok, here's an example using the same photo..
One using the Gundi Light Bright Effect
the Second simply adding Edit> Fade Diffuse Glow Normal 100%
