Do you have to use Photobucket for the saving part?

You don't have to use photobucket but have to use one that won't resize your template when saving. DSP resizes to 1000 (I think) so when I tried it didn't work... I also tried flickr and had some trouble.

yes! nic did a FABULOUS tutorial - that's the link!!! photobucket is a free image hosting site - seems that it's one of the best... :) if you've gone through nic's tutorial and still have trouble, holler... i'm not sure i can help (i actually had to have someone do it for me the first time!), but we can try to process together!
