So I read the March newsletter this morning and was totally inspired by Suzanne's letter. Did you enjoy it???
It really got me thinking about spring and why I enjoy it so much. And I’ve come to the conclusion that spring is so wonderful because it comes at just the right time.
I love winter and how (in some places) the snow blankets all the land and the trees are bare and empty but their silhouettes look painted onto the sky when the sun is setting and your view is filled with colors. You really get to appreciate the beauty in the form of God's creations, the shape of branches the dips and rises in the landscape.
Just at the time when you couldn't stand to see winter any longer along comes spring!!! OOOOHHH Spring how sweet you are....everything starts to produce things...flowers bloom....trees start to put their leaves back on and now we get to appreciate how wonderful little blossoms sprout from the ground and the beautiful colors are everywhere. They even seem brighter than the last time you saw them....the greens are a little greener the pinks a little pinker....everything is so fresh and new.
I'm as excited as Suzanne about the coming of spring and being outdoors and enjoying this new season.
What do you love about spring??? What are your favorite spring things to scrap?? What inspires you when you think about spring?
