i have SOOOOOOOOOO fallen off this wagon. yikes. i HATE when i do that. i've been feeling so guilty because i've not been journaling daily/having the kids journal daily/following my "routine" i said i wanted to follow... ICK! i hate that feeling! so. without further ado, here i am... picture me hanging by the end of a rope, being dragged by a big ole' wagon. i'm climbing, hand-over-hand up toward the tailgate... i'm reaching up and grabbing hold of the truck... i'm hauling myself back in!
so, tell me. how are you guys? ready for your freebie? how about a new challenge!??

oh, i forgot to mention..... i've been processing this and trying to figure out why i'm feeling so icky about not following through with all my grandiose plans. you'll go, "duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh, suz," but i think i set my expectations too high... :) so i'm scaling back and trying to figure out what i CAN (REALISTICALLY) accomplish...
what a journey this is!

It's that perfectionism thing, Suz---gotta get rid of it!
I just read Kay's bio for her term as this month's spotlight, and I love what she said at the end:
I was reading about a wedding ceremony was that was washed out by a rain storm ...when the bride was asked whether she was upset by the deluge she answered: “We get so consumed by trying to make everything perfect that we don’t truly surrender to the moment and the truth that it holds. Sometimes we just have to let go and have faith that everything will unfold as it should. Worrying about things isn’t going to make the journey any easier!”
I struggle with this daily, and am posting it where I will see it!

You can always 'recreate' your journaling by going back on facebook and writing out your facebook comments as your journal. Some days it is minute by minute LOL.

Hi Suzanne!! I am a perfect example of falling off the wagon...but mine dragged me along for 10 months until I finally climbed back on and started scrapping again.
So bummed I wasn't able to complete the BOGO 2008 challenge with you last year...only made it through July. )O:
CAn't wait to see what challenge you have in store for us!!!

I was wondering where you were. I didn't look behind me while I was up on the wagon. I thought I heard some unexpected thumps. We missed you! And by the looks of your Avatard you dropped some weight their missy!:yikes: (lucky wench) :D
I'm ready Suzanne!! Bring it on! (oh heavens...did I really say that ;))
