I have some more in the works but would love to hear your suggestions on what type of actions you would like to have to make editing your photos easier.
I would love some more action ideas, so if you have them lets hear them! ;-) What effects do you love on photos?

OH! I am SO excited to see this! I LOVE actions.....love, love, love them! What would I love to see.....oh goodness.....photo "pop" actions (high contrast and color), "eye" actions to have them stand out, "dreamy" actions to soften up photos.....anything at all really. How exciting! :-)

It is possible but they are complicated to install in earlier versions of PSE so I decided against making them for earlier versions... maybe the perfect excuse to upgrade tho. :D
ETA: PSE7 has an action player but earlier versions don't making them much harder to install.

This is what I was going to suggest!! I love the photos where the color is just amazing. What about desaturated photos with just a bit of color. I'll keep thinking!!

I've installed actions in PSE 5.0 in the past...after the first few, it did get easier to remember where they belong. However, I've been looking for an excuse to upgrade. Any chance PSE 7.0 has paths or a warp function?

I won't update to PSE 7.0 now. Adobe has put it on sale and this is an indication that the next version will be out in a few months. Last year, when DW and I were at the Adobe Crop in July, DW was part of a focus group for PSE. The ideas they generated were too late for PSE 7 which was already in the box, but could be part of the next version.

Thanks for the head up...I appreciate it...an upgrade isn't in the budget right now anyway.

Robyn, how about an action that puts a drop shadow on a separate layer instead of adding it to the chosen item in the same layer. Options could include a "small" or "large" shadow and the option to choose the color of the shadow using the "background color" selected.
