Is there any way to fix blurred photos in Photoshop 7?

You can sharpen. The unsharp mask is great! (I think there might be a tutorial or forum thread on it). I also hear NeatImage is good.

Unsharp Mask (USM) filter is great, but you can't save the really bad ones. I use those as blurred background images for layouts, they work great and I don't have to "ruin" a good photo for it.
