ACDSee BackUp question

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it :) .. I've been faithfully backing up my database after I organize anything new and was noticing today that the 'backup' folder is getting pretty hefty :) ... how far back do you keep your backups before you just delete them? I have a tendency to save everything forever, but it's pretty stupid when the early ones don't include half what I have now :)!

Abby, when I do remember to delete them, I only keep about the last 4 back-ups.

Oh, I hadn't even checked how many I have kept!! I'm sure I have a backup or two from 2008 that I don't need either!! Great question!

Yeah, they end up taking up a lot of space. I usually back up and optimize weekly. I will delete most of them- leaving about 3-4 as well.

Everyone just make sure you do a full backup each time so you can delete the previous ones.

I always do a full backup, but compulsively save 2 or 3 'just in case' .. have no idea what for, since presumably if I lost the most recent, the others would be gone too :)!
