I found this link today at Jasc.com to download all the extras that PSP 9 doesn't have, or the electronic download versions, etc.

You jsut save them in the My Files>My PSP Files folder created when you installed PSP, and you can have all those old v8 presets back, or if you never had v8, here they are for 9.
LMK how it works for you, and which packs contain what. I haven't tried them
