Pop-up preview function doesn't seem to be working

Me again...I've had ACDsee for a couple of weeks now and when I first was using the thumbnails would pop up when I hovered my mouse over the file. Now it is not doing that anymore and yet I am not aware of changing anything. Any suggestions?

Allyson, first thought, when was the last time you restarted your computer? I know I go days sometimes, and it can start to do funny things.

I've noticed that if my viewing thumbnails are large then the pop up does not work. I don't know if that is how it is supposed to be, but I keep mine large so I can see everything. If I ever change them back smaller if I am looking for something quickly, then the pop up works again.

Thank you!!! That was the problem....I had enlarged my thumbnails somewhere along the way without noticing that it caused the pop-up preview function not to work. I appreciate the help.
