Easy way to convert DOC to JPG?

This is probably a very dumb question with a "NO" answer, but is there any easy way to convert a flyer made in Word to a JPG, without remaking it in Photoshop?

I handle social networking for my Toastmaster district, and work with folks who use all kinds of formats to create flyers. They would like them posted on Facebook, but only photo files will show.

Ideas?

You cannot directly save as a .jpg from Word. However, you can save the .doc as a .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) and then open the new file in Acrobat and save as .jpg from there.
