Picasa Trouble

Hi,
I'm a complete newbie at digital scrapbooking this but thought it looks great fun!
Anyway I've downloaded my Starter kit and am using Picasa 3 but it is only showing the papers and none of the other elements - any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? :confused:

I still use Picasa 2, but the following is what I have to do to a clean install:

Go into Tools, Options, File Types and put a check next to everything.

Go to View and put a check next to "small pictures" and "hidden Pictures".

Similar settings should be in Picasa3.

THanks for that! It's showing some more papers now but still not the other bits! :/

Have you added the folders with your elements in it? (>File>Add Folder to Picasa) Is that folder open? (If you are in tree view, if you have a white arrow, click on it to open that folder.) Try refreshing your folder thumbnails. (>Folder>Refresh Thumbnails). Also, make sure that your have Picasa watching for new documents in your folder (>Tools>Folder Manager>Scan Always).
