 Hi, all - I'm looking for English fonts that have the appearance of Greek or Hellenic letters (such as Ancient Geek). If anyone knows of any or can point me in the right direction, that would be super. Thanks for your help!

Wow, that's a tough one! Do you have a text sample we could look at? I'm not sure how Greek would look like Roman letters because they're just different shapes, subject to the same sorts of font variations.

It would help if we could see what characteristics you're looking for. Thanks!

Welcome to DSP!

so, did you find this font for what you were looking for? Looks great to me, is it not the right one?

Actually, I found several free fonts that fit the bill (many found at DA Fonts, one of my favorite font sites). These are,

Achilles
Adonais
Alfabetix
Basileus
Diogenes
Herakles
Pythia

All are worth a download if you think you ever might use them. My 12 year old is doing a Greek mythology project and this is why I was trying to find them. Thanks everyone.
