I need some help with a few sentences in these languages.

Thanks!!!

I wish I could help, I can speak Dutch, but none of the languages you listed.
I just went to Google and typed in 'How are you today' 'in French', and it told me a couple of ways you can say that. I imagine you can type in whatever you want and it will provide a translation for you. Good luck :)

I speak German.
yep, if you let us know what you'd like to say, we can just reply in the forum. I speak French and Spanish, but have access to lots of native speakers of both to proofread!

Thanks for the great support! Ideally what I want to create is a set of cards that will reflect the culture as well as the language, with maybe a mention of a specific Holiday or a particular phrase that is used.. for example the Mexican/ Spanish "Day of the Dead" Celebration, or a French National Holiday. I use a software program that has jsut added the special language fonts, like the n with the ~ on top and I want to showcase some examples. Something you might send to a family member, or a friend.
