Chat problem

I tried to go into the chat room tonight, I kept getting "page cannot be displayed" windows error, anybody have any idea why?

can't use an aol browser. sometimes a firewall or anti-virus program blocks it. beyond that, no sorry! but we can check with tech support if it continues! Ü

It's not AOL, could be my Norton's though, will do some checking, Thanks
