Okay, I bought a new pen!!!!!!!! Yay!!! And Fed Ex showed up at my house the NEXT day and brought a package for MEEE!!! Finally no stupid work stuff for my WAHdh! Set me back $40, but it's here, and if I ever find the old one I'll have a replacement to guard against forgetful me and handy children.

Which brings me to my question:
I'm customizing it (a Graphire I), and I can't figure out how to adjust so I have to touch the pad to make the cursor move! I hate this hovering thing! I set pressure to Firm, but it's still hovering, and when I touch the pad it drags things around instead of just moving the cursor. I know this is possible because I changed this years ago when I first got the tablet.

Thanks for any customizing tips, this, and any other things you like about your tablet

Thanks!

I have a Wacom II tablet- which is actually my mom's and Im borrowing it from her. I still cant get used to it- I did use it with the pen tool and traced a hibiscus- but it took me forever!

Sorry I dont know the answer to your question- but Im going to keep checking to see if anybody responded to this!

Well, I went into the tablet options and set pressure and all that, but I KNOW there was an option to keep the pen from hovering, so that contact occured for any info to be related to the tablet, but now I cannot find it.

Most of you probably aren't bothered by the hover, but if you are, has anyone found a way to force contact? Or at least reduce the amount of hover before it "sees" the pen?

Thanks for any help!
