Text on a Path - Left to Right Bottom of Circle

Can anyone give me a tip on how to accomplish this in Photoshop CS.

First draw your circular path using the eclipse tool.
Preess T to get yout Text Tool and hover over the path you just drew - your cursor will change from the normal text one to one with a diagonal line through it, click on your circle path to activate it.
Now type whatever you want
If your type is outside the circle Edit > Transform Path > Flip Horizontal

Then if your type is in the wrong place
Press a to get the arrow tool
with this you can "slide" your text to whereever you want it.

I'm sure there are other ways of doing this anyone else?

I'm using Photoshop 7 and trying to type text on a circle around a photo.
I've followed Meryl's instructions but my type cursor isn't changing and when I try to type, it is just going horizontal.
Is there another way to do this or am I just missing something?
Please help me - frustration is setting in.

Sue, unfortunately this is only available in PSCS not PS 7. However I have a tut on typing text in a circle in the Tutorials Section (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/tutorials/ps_textincircle_mb.shtml)
- perhaps you'd like to give this a try?

Thanks Meryl but I really wanted the text around the outside of the photo. I ended up compromising and using the arc feature to put the text around the photo. Not quite what I had in mind but it doesn't look too bad.

Meryl, I'm so sorry. When I wrote this the other night, I was doing a hundred things at once and thought you were referring to another of the tutorials (without checking it). Now that I have sat down and fully checked it all out - I'm thinking this is a great idea to try.

I use the Text Warp in PS7 or PSE. If I want text around a circle, I type in two text blocks and warp one to curve up for the top of the circle, and the other to curve down for the bottom of the circle. Easy, fast, and the letters aren't distorted much.
