Something else to think about for those special layouts....how about printing them on Canvas??? I have had 2 of my favorites printed on stretched canvas and they look amazing...those are the ones everyone complements when they come over!
I use this site to do mine...

Has anyone bought or tried this "canvas paper"

Create your own masterpiece on Canvas Texture Paper. This unique ribbed surface can give a family photograph the look and feel of an "Old Master".
Our range also includes a genuine canvas on A4 sheets, which turns any photograph or design into a real painting! By using a texturing gel, you can add an extra dimension to your print, to make it really look and feel like

I ordered a digital print onto canvas from ebay. Was great quality, would highly recommend it.

I have just had one of my LO's printed onto canvas and it does look amazing. I have entered it into an Art exhibition and it is currently hanging in an Art Gallery with all the other artworks done in other media. It has attracted a lot of interest and this gave me a buzz because I don't think a lot of artists take scrapbooking in any form very seriously. Perhaps it's because of the term `scrapbooking'. Anyway it was relatively expensive to do but definitely worth it for a special LO eg: Wedding, birth, graduation etc.
I created the file in PSE2 at 12x12ins at 220 DPI and it was printed at 50 x 50 cm. There was no loss of res. at all and no pixellating.
I am also keen to try the textured paper in the future.

Helen - did you print it at home or somewhere else? If it was somewhere else, can you give a link? I'd love to try this.

Ooh Helen can you show us a photo of the finished work Would love to see it. I like printing on textured cardstock. I have printed a lot of layouts on Bazill cardstock and they look great.
