The Night Owl Thread

OK. So, I am nocturnal, I have been all my life and yes, it drove my Mom crazy when I was young LOL.
Anyway, I am also on DSP probably 90% of the time, and at night there isn't alot going on. I just thought I would start a general gathering thread for us Night Owls to congregate about everything and nothing!

My little one has also inherited the nocturnal gene from me, so he stays up with me and then wakes up with me, that way I don't have to get up early LOL

I have a tendency to nap at night...........but sometimes I am up until the wee hours.....

I'm actually only awake right now because my Mom called me and woke me up. I couldn't go back to sleep and I have a Dr appointment today anyway, so I might as well stay up grrrr. LOL

2:15am here! I'm usually up because it's the only time it's quiet enough to concentrate on work! Well, or play or anything. I actually got a text at 1:30am from my neighbor in the campground and she just finished sewing my curtains! So I went out and chatted and found out our other neighbor is still painting her RV. So lots of night owls here. And we're on Pacific time right now, so even if I'm around earlier, it's later Eastern so it's usually pretty quiet. That's usually how I know when it's really time to go to bed, when it's super quiet, then the girls from NZ and SA are posting! :D

LOL Yes, I guess the ladies from way over there would be an indication :) I just cannot sleep for more than about 4 hours at a time, so I am either up or soon to be at any given time LOL I have been working on things tonight, and I got really tired from being up so early this morning...9:30 am is early, yes... LOL. Went to my Dr appointment and then came home...could not go to sleep while little one was up, so, I just stayed up till about 4 am. Took a nap and now I am up again at 6:45 am. Great.

I HATE doing the dishes! Absolutely hate it! Grrrr. I'll be so happy when I can get my dishwasher hooked up. Yes, I am doing dishes here at 1:00 am. LOL It is my mid day.....since I am nocturnal!

Hi Lora! I started being a night owl when I had a lot of little kids, it was the only time I could get to myself and it just stuck. There is usually activity in the GT when it's late night here. (I'm Pacific time too) If I stay up really late, like 5 am there doesn't seem to be any point going to bed at all but I can only do that for a couple days in a row.

LOL Mars! Yes, I go to bed about 4 or 5 am :) I am on central time. I mean that there isn't anything going on here at home, so this is when I am most active LOLOL

I can't believe my Hubbin is still up with me LOLOL. He is just playing on his computer :)

Just saw the curtains question. They're up now! But only 3 of the 4 in the living room because we need one more hiking stick. :( So I hate to post before it's finished. And we're in the desert, so no good sticks to be found!!
