Legal Question about commercial use

Sorry gals-

Didn't know where else to put this topic.

I've been asked to do some Layouts to promote a product. (Of course I'm ROFLOL-- ME being asked to do this! :eek: ) It would be seen on website, newspaper ads, emails, etc. ( It has to do with sports....some clothing)

LEGAL questions........... Do I need to make all my own papers, elements , etc.

IF I find something I already like , can I offer the creator a user fee????
I just don't know what is proper ~

So give me some feedback please!!!!

you could offer a user fee, some wouldn't mind at all, some would want a credit, some would say no way, etc. just depends on the designer and their terms. as for DSP, just email us and ask! we're easy to work with! :) info@digitalscrapbookplace.com
