View Full Version : Looking for Angels

I have a very specific request.

I'm looking for Angel Elements - the traditional or "realistic" ones
I do not want doll or ornament style angels (got plenty of those), and for this thing really do not cherubs or just wings. I also don't want a stamp.

I have a paper which has a realistic/traditional angel on it and I could mask the angel out of the paper, but I really want the Angel as an element to start with.
(The paper I have is part of the Rainbow Crossing Value Collection by Erica Belton (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=14216))

Does anyone know of any realistic Angels in kits in store, or are any designers likely to be creating a kit sometime soon that can have a realistic Angel element within it?
(I ask about the ones in store, because sometimes it's hard to see all of the elements in the previews, especially in a VC)

Thanks

I bet you have seen the ones I found and are probably not what you are looking for but might I add that if what you are looking for is elements maybe you can use some of the stamps and add them to a journaling mat for dimension or emboss it if you would like.

Thanks Mariafer - I had seen these and yes you are right, they are not what I am ideally looking for.

The one in Lauren's "The Night Before Christmas" is the closest, but I really don't want anything around it - just the angel itself.

I have thought about the stamp and add a paper bit, but the "problem" with that is that I'll end up with 6 or 7 paper layers all masked in ways so that the robes look right, and the wings look right, and the face isn't an odd colour (etc etc)
If I was going to do that, I would pick one of my scanned colouring angels and go with that, but it's not ideal by a long way for what I want.

Thanks for looking

I hope it's not too late -- here's one with great Christmas-y angels:
