Circle Dot brush is Photoshop Elements

Angie that was a GREAT tutorial!!! Very easy to follow and makes making a circle dot brush WAY TO EASY. I thought people had to place little dots all around..that would have taken forever...here is what I came up with:

I especially loved using my brush as a selection brush then filling the selection with a gradient.
