Leap Year Kit

This year is a leap year, we will celebrate February 29th, which only comes every 4 years. It might be fun to have a kit in celebration. My sister's work has an office party planned, they are doing a frog type theme for decor and some other activities. Just an idea I thought I'd throw out there. :rolleyes:
