cropping a photo to be round?

How do I crop a photo so that it is a circle? I can't figure it out.
I am using painth shop pro.

Use your circle selection tool and select the part you want. Go to selections>invert and then delete the part of the picture that is left. Inverting the selection will change the selection to the outer part of the picture that you want to delete.

Just change the shape of your selection tool from rectangle (or whatever you are using) to circle or ellipse shape
