I like them because you have to leave coments on posts to be able to post some of your own. Too many times people just post and never bother to compliment others. Kind of like you have to give compliments if you expect to get some yourself :)

Of course ILP (Ilovephotography.com) but the really GOOD stuff is $$forum$$. I think I'd have to say dpreview.com.... the technical info there is so rich. I love their retouching forum and lighting forums.

Here's mine...at this place there is no voting...all photos are judged...only at the end of the month does voting occur for the photo of the month...I have never won on this site.
