Posting in Gallery

When I finish a layout, I post it in the gallery, then if I go submit it for publication and it's later accepted, do I need to temporarily remove it pending publication? Is that what those locked/private albums labeled Published are for? Just move them in there then move them back after publication (with the new As Seen in title :p )?

Okay, I went to make a private album, and it says I can't upload anything to it because I don't have the password? How do I create one, or where do I find it?...help!

And did I mention it's a Publishing Album??!!!!! :D
