I've created a few images for a student magazine and even though I've provided a link to the list of credits, or the actual list, the credits have not been included in the publication.
This month, my submissions will have included within the image a QR Code and text that will tell the reader to scan the QR code or visit a (shortened) URL to see the list of kits used if they so desire.

If not, what other suggestions do you have? (short of hunting the editor down and ramming the copyright law down their throat?) :D
