Help with LICENSE PLATES

anyone know where to download a good license plate kit that looks kind of like the sticker studio CRE8APLATE kit?

or

anyone know where there is a tut so i can learn how to do it myself?

i think i downloaded a kit from SBB. i like the plates ok, but i don't really care for the letters.

so all i really need help with is doing the letters.

There's a license plate tutorial on Denis Germain's escrappers.com or it might just be a free download, just do a search on his site

For the one you already have, try erasing the center portion and replacing/painting to get a fresh surface again. Then use your text with an Emboss/Outer Bevel layer style to get the look you want for the lettering.
