I just love the new site and will be dropping in daily for my dose of cs sharing.

Just one request...

How about a "About Business Place" where we can share information about running a cs business, tax issues, contracts, dealing with unusual customer requests and resources. It would be a great network for anyone involved or thinking about getting involved. I know it would be nice to bounce off others questions that are more around the business aspects.
