As you know 'Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince' will be coming out in the USA on July the 16th! HOORAY! One of the mysteries surrounding Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is who the "half-blood prince" will be. J.K. Rowling has said that it will not be Harry or Voldemort. What's your guess? :) :p :)

Me too Bonny. I can't get enough of them. I have read the entire series about eight times. I am about to start 'The Order of the Phoenix' so I can be all caught up before the 16th. I have already reserved my copy of the 'Half Blood Prince'! I am so excited I can't wait!

I am so looking forward to July 16th and 17th. What a great weekend... 1st Harry Potter! Then on the 17th Disneylands 50th aniversary and I'll be there! :D

THAT IS SO COOL! How fun! Oh I wish I could pack myself in your suitcase and go with you. I bought the last Harry Potter while we were on vacation last year. I enjoyed reading it and relaxing. It was lots of fun! Have a blast.....and remember do everything you want to do so you never have any regrets. That is my one rule on vacation! LOL!

P.S. Take TONS of pictures we want to see!!!! LOL! :p

I voted for Dean b/c a while back JKR did an interview where she was talking about Dean. She said there was "much more" to his story, but at that time some had to be cut. The book that it was cut from was the Chamber of Secrets, and as we know, this book has an off shoot from CoS. JK has since said tho, that Dean's full story might never make it into the books, but she could be saying that to throw us off. lol.

Dean is a half blood.

Not sure tho! I'll probably be surprised with the answer, as JK always surprises me! Who can argue with her genius? Not me!

OH Stephani, I actually embarrass myself at times!!! I spend a few (or more, ahem) hours a month reading or researching Harry Potter... Am I sad or WHAT??? I belong to 2 HP message boards and I spend a lot of time at mugglenet.com.

Dean Thomas is a black boy in Harry's year. He is a Gryffindor as well. At the end of OotP Ginny stated that she was now dating him.

(You'll notice that Jo says here that we might never find out about Dean's story, so I could be WAY wrong here. lol, Hagrid is my 2nd guess, but I dont see Hagrid living all the way through the end of the books :( No reason, just my instinct. That or we've just never met the HBP).
