very new....very confused

Simple problem...I hope I can explain...In PSP 9 which I have only had for about a week...my full tool for cropping is missing...on the left side of the screen where the tools are available...beside each is a tiny arrow which allows you to choose additonal tool selections...but the arrow next to my cropping tool is gone and now I can only crop by removing a full section.for example when you click on the little arrow next to the paintbrush tool you can select paintbrush, airbrush, warpbrush....I have lost the option to crop by hand or by tracing out an item...I hope someone can understand what I am trying to say...how can I get this option back???? Where did it go...I know it was there and I had used it...must of clicked on something to remove it....please help... :confused:

If you want to select something using the lasso tool (freehand) its not in with the brushes, it is with your selection tool, magic wand and lasso... see image below

Yes...you are right...thank-you....I think being new to this program, I was thinking of another I used that allowed manual cropping as part of the cropping option and I must of thought I seen it here also...I see it now...thank-you....
