paper tearing??

You were all so helpful with my last problem, I am hoping you can help me out again. I am trying to learn the paper tearing technique. When I get to the part about hiting delete twice, I get lost. :confused: Can someone explain what I do at that point?

I can't remember where I found that darn tutorial, but tonight I found another. It works for me, so I will stick with it. Tks anyway.
