PSP Turtorial - Using a Plopper

Hey everyone!

I have created a new tutorial for PSP. Using ploppers (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/university/tutorials/psp_plopper_vb.shtml)!! Its very basic, so any skill level should be able to use it.
