like the Chenille Brush pre-set, picture frames & other plug ins for PSP?

are there any good sites people can point me too?

I am on a very slow dial up connection (21.6) & searching google can be an exercise in frustration, waiting forever for pages to load that then turn out to have nothing helpful on them.
