Problem with downloaded embellishments

I just found some really great embellishments at the neocognition website so I ordered them. When I downloaded them from my email and tried to extract the zip files, I got a message that said that the files were corrupted and didn't contain any files. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I doing something wrong????

I have ordered elements from Angela's site several times but never had that problem. I did have that problem with another site however and I emailed them. They graciously rectified the problem.
I am sure that if you contact her she can check the problem out for you. I believe her email is 'design@neocognition.com'. At least that is what I have written on my card so I must have gotten it from her web site.
You will be happy with her elements; they are so beautifully done.

I finally got them to open! I had to get a different zip extracting program to get it to work. Guess the program I had just didn't want to do the work :)
