Does anyone have trouble saving their pages (png format)? For whatever reason, when I save a page with many layers in the stack, I cannot save anywhere (C drive, D drive, our network drives). Any ideas?
Also, the DIP 9 program locks up regularly and restarts. I've read this is a problem many people have, but am wondering if there is some sort of fix?
Thanks
Are you using Windows XP? Many use DIP9 - I have it and do use it but have never experienced this problem. Can someone give any ideas or help?

How much RAM do you have? DIP really needs a lot of RAM. I have run it on 256, but it wasn't very stable. I'd recommend at least 512. Other than that, do you have your Windows up to date?

I agree DIP does need a ton of ram to run. To prevent the freeze ups when I work, I will usually shut down the program after each layout I make. This seems to clear out its memory and then it freezes less often. I hope that helps. :o

Also make sure you don't have much else running (even in the background) while working in DIP.

Especially things like Outlook or Internet Explorer - they seem to clog things up a bit too!!
