Care to share how your passion with photography first began? Mine began after producing my very first print @ secondry school & went on from there. I would love to know how eveyone else became involved in it though.
Emma. :)

when I was 10, I received this camera for Christmas, and the rest is history! I've been a photo bug ever since. I still have the scrapbooks I made with pix from this camera. BTW! thas was in 1957 and a million years away from the my new digital Sony 717!

My passion for photography (I'm no where to the level of those here) has always been there I think for along time before I found digital scrapping it was my only way of artisically expressing myself..I was into pottery but the resources weren't available..but photography was always available...and affordable. And I could do it...wether bad or good!

My grandmother was a photographer (my Idol) My Mother was a professional photographer up until about 10 years ago, now she just plays. I think I was 4 when I first took a photo, I still have have slides that I took when I was 8 from Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and, I'll have to scan those in some day when I retire from the Navy in 3 years. But I have a camera in my hand or site every moment of my day, I think its more than a passion for me. And my son is 12 and is a natural, but I don't push him, right now its a fun hobbie for him.
