i have spent way 2 long trying to figure out how to use DIP to make waves and curves with my templates i need some serious help please

Well, its been a long time since I used DIP. Have you checked the tutorials section? I would imagine with the limited capabilities of DIP in the vector department that waves and curves will be quite the challenge - but doable. My best guess would be to use your marquee tools and draw big circles :) Sorry I can't be of more help. Maybe someone with more knowledge of DIP will come along to help.

You can start with almost any shape - DIP has great distort effects. Try a simple rectangle and then go to your distort effect (not the distortion brush). play with the sliders to get the effect you are looking for.
