Meereket Quick Crop Time Help

Because it took me forever as a kid to learn to tell the time and now as an adult i keep missing the quick crops can somebody please tell me in Aussie time/date when Merrekets Quick Crop will be on?

I feel like a dummy but i keep missing them!
