Does anyone know how to do this with PSP9? Or know of any tutorials for it? Thanks!!!!!
yep, a very popular technique!
First, open your color photo. Duplicate the layer. Turn the top layer black and white however you prefer to do that, lots of ways. Then use the eraser tool (or layer mask on the b/w layer, use a black brush instead of eraser) and remove the area to show the color layer underneath. Or you can just hand paint some color back in for a tinted look.
oh, on your sig line, you want to copy and paste this tag in to make it work:
