Newbie with more questions :-)

:) What is a plopper? Is it a template? Can I use the downloadable things with MS Publisher?

Do most of you make the pages with your computer print them out and then add extras that you would get from a craft store? Or do most people here do it all digital? Sorry for so many questions, but I am sooooooo excited I found this site. One more question do you print out on photo glossy white paper?

well you'll find everyone here does things differently. some add things after printing, but most do everything digitally then print. and some don't print, but make presentations to watch on tv. most print on photo paper, glossy or matte, whichever you like. some print on cardstock, then attach photos.
a plopper is a finished page, a flattened jpg file that you can plop your photos onto. a template is a layered file for photoshop, paint shop pro, digital image pro, etc. i've not used publisher much, so hopefully someone else will pop in here. but if it can use png and jpg files, then you can. hth. :)
