For scrapping. perferably some that can be printed out at home. :)
We don't link to other scrapbooking websites but you can find many wonderful kits and one piece ploppers (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=740) in the Freebie gallery. Also, watch the calendar for many special crops where members and designers share their work. There are tutorials listed in the links above -- and also great classes to teach you how to create some of your own designs. All freebies are not created equal, the ones you find here are created so you can print a beautiful layout -- and, if you're looking for a specific background or theme, there are places in the forums where the designers accept requests.

I'm not quite sure what you're looking for, the term paper piecing is something I know only from quilting. Are you looking for an element that appears like a paper-pieced quilt block? Or elements that look like die-cut paper shapes?
