I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. Can you make a blinkie with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3? If you can how do you do it?

Thanks for any help.

I'll give it a try. Will it work in Elements?

I DID IT! What do you think? I know it's simple but it's just a test for now.

Success! What fun! What does *he* think of it?

The one thing I'd suggest is see if you can hold the text a little longer. I'm a fast reader, but...<g>

I'm working on that. Justs 1 whole second seems awfully long. And he hasn't noticed it yet. I'm waiting tho'.

I was wondering what the size limits are for signature graphics. ;)

there aren't any size limits, just netiquette, keeping the sigline small to make page loading faster, and reading easier. Figure about 50-90 pixels tall. And don't make them ALL animated or flashing, just because it's hard on the eyes, LOL! Have FUN! Sig graphics are fun and a great way to try out some new skills or tutorials in a small way (like painting a bathroom a bold color :D)

oh, BTW, I'm impressed! the PS tutorial doesn't work with Elements much at all, but you figured it out!

Yeah I knew I had seen something somewhere about animated in Elements. It just took all night and no sleep. When I gave up and went to save for web I found it. Just imagine me kicking myself all the way upstairs. If I had given up sooner I would have found it sooner.

yeah, when I first saw this post I thought, "NO, not the PS tutorial!" but before I got to show you the thread where we did PSE step-by-step, you had already made one!

Sorry to rub salt in it, but just think how proud you are to figure it out on your own!!!

You can type in what you want in the Search box to get old threads, a nice time saver

Margie: can you change the Search feature to include 3-letter words? PSE and PSP won't get searched because they're too short!

OH! That's how you get to some of the old stuff.Tell you learning something new everyday. Even when I'm teaching.
