We want to know how many pages you print per month.
If you print 12 copies of 1 page your answer will be 12. If you print 1 copy of 30 pages your answer would be 30.
Please let us know! Thanks!

I don't know....i don't print because i am a perfectionist in that way....if I'm not doing an album that "goes together" i have a hard time putting all the pages together because they "don't match" But now that i think about it that is a dumb reason. I should just print them so me and other people can enjoy them

hit the print button chick!! your pages are great, you should share them! my pages are chronological in my books and i scrap out of order so i never know what page will be beside what (or for how long as i add more in). and i've never had someone say oh that page is pink and green but the other is blue and orange and it just doesn't match!! :D nope, they say aw, josh is so cute, that park looks fun, what trip was that, look at those eyes, ah your journaling is so sweet... print, print, print! :)

one every Saturday night to show off at Church :D and usually another one which I print off during the week for sharing with coworkers...which means I usually end up taking two to church to show off LOL that is about 8 a month on average.

Elizabeth - I have about 5 albums going at the same time. I am working on one about my dog, one "About Me", one for Christmas, one for our trips to the mountains, one of my garden and landscaping and then....one that is just miscellaneous layouts that I do. Sometimes when I am looking through my digital photos or scanned photos, an idea for a layout just hits me and I digress from working on one of my "chronological albums" to work on a random page. I still print those random pages and slip them into my "Miscellaneous" scrapbook album. Maybe someday, I'll have enough of a particular theme to put into a separate album of their own.

To be quite honest, I have only printed about five or six pages total since I started scrapping last summer. Isn't that pathetic? My old printer, lovely though it was, was not synched with my computer and I couldn't get the color right. My new printer is much better in this respect, and I have printed several pages recently - like three. LOL. I just haven't gotten around to printing anything, and I never know what to print and I don't have an 8x8 album to put them in anyway. Isn't that ridiculous? So, I need to start printing so I can actually see the results of my hard work. I wanted to give my dad a layout for father's day, and I just couldn't find one that wouldn't provoke a whole bunch of questions that I wasn't in the mood to answer. So, I gave him a printout of a photo of my nephew that I had tweaked to look like a portrait. I did give my sister a layout that I did of her son being cute. She loved it. It wasn't even "perfect", and it had been a KISS crop layout to boot.
Yeah, I need to print. Someone send me a reminder at the beginning of each month, ok Then maybe I'll get some stuff on to paper and will be motivated to continue to do so.

I only recently started printing my pages and I was amazed when I first saw them... I print in 12 x 12 and it's unbelievable how big and clear everything is! Even if everyone else just goes, "oh, how nice"... I just love my printed pages! Of course they have no idea what really goes into doing digital layouts.. I wish there were more people around me who did digital so I could sit and look at others albums and really "ooooo and ahhhhh"!

I just prited 2 pages first time ever 8x8. I agree with Debra. They are just unbelievable. I also got those "oh yeah nice" comments. Where as I was blown away myself how great they look. I kept telling my hubby can you believe I made these myself. I totally agree it be nice to show them to someone who appreciates the work you have done. Some lo's take forever to make.

I just printed a 40 page album for my mother-in-law of layouts from our wedding. Once it was all put together, we mailed it out to her at work. She absolutely loved it! She said that she received the package right before breaktime, and that everyone in her department, plus the owner of the company, were late getting back to work, cause they were all looking at it, and reading all the journaling. She then left two days later for a trip to Canada, and held it in her lap the entire flight. By the sound of it, half of Toronto has seen the album and loved it. It is unbelievable how good the layouts look when they are printed. My husbands wants me to print out more and start a new album of more of my layouts. He has even been inspired to begin learning digiscrapping himself!

I printed a partial, but I was about out of ink. I can't print 12 x 12, so what I did was in 8 x 8. I never thought to have them sent off for printing. I've gotten the ink thing worked out now so hopefully I can start printing more soon! I'm sure when the twins start sitting down tio learn it they will want to print what they scrapbook. They LOVE to print.

My printers are in overdrive, I print at least 6 a day, all 8x8's and then I print out other photo's for regular scrapping too. I have 2 printers that go through a lot of ink, but I love the pages and everyone loves their books I'm making them.

I am so far behind on the printing, I doubt I'll ever catch up. When I do print, I take them to Costco, $2.99 a print for and 8x8. They now have a new machine, that will print 12 x 18, so I could get 2 (8x8's) on one print out if it is put right on the CD. It would cost 3.99. so, $2.00 a print, I haven't printed since last May, but must get cracking, took a CD to Costco last week, and already printed all of those, crappers, wrong CD

I tried to vote but I got a database error... I used to print my drafts, until I ran out of ink. I haven't printed anything since May, but I'm getting ready to print out Marilyn's first year. I'm going to do a hardback book soon though, so I guess that will be 80 something pages either this month or next

I have an HP photsmart wide format printer which can print 12 by 18 (13 by 19) (1 12x12 and 2 6x6) on 1 sheet of paper; a HP 7750 photsmart, and 1 HP 1300 all in one printer. I have printed 12 by 18, and also 12 by 12, and 8 by 8 on the wide format printer which uses the new vivera inks. I love the quality of the print job. I print 4 by 6 borderless on the 7750, and also 8 by 8. I've also created ABC albums and printed those at 3 by 3, for our grandchildren. I've also printed LO's for the grandchildren at 6 by 6 (put 1 6x6 and 2 3x3 onto a 8.5 by 11 photo paper.)
THe only problem with the wide format printer is the unavailablity of 12x12 photo paper, or reasonably priced 13 by 19 photo paper. I have printed about 150 heritage LO's in 8x8 format, 2 ABC albums in 3x3, 3 gift albums 8x8 (about 50 LO's total) and about 20 12x12 LO's since July. I'm going to print about 150 more heritage LO's by the end of this week for gift albums as well.

haven't found a cheap place to have them printed. I'd love to be able to do 12 x 12 but now scrap in 8 x 8 because I can print that at home. My problem is I scrap at about 40 pages a month and printing 40 pages uses up a lot of toner.

I have printed a dozen off at work - to put up outside the computer lab, or my classroom, on the school you-beaut printer, but none at home.
BUT - I have just ordered my third blurb.com book and I will have it in a week. I did two (different) 40 page books, one for my mom and one for my sister. Then I did an 80 page, hardcover with dust jacket, just for me!
They come beautifully bound with superb quality pages. I must have looked at the one I did for mom ten times, and I showed it to the students and staff at school.
I am having such a good time making my own books. :) I have a screen print (http://lesliesmyers.blogspot.com/2008/04/i-made-my-first-book.html) of one I was putting together.

Wow, reading this really inspires me to get cracking on printing. I'm trying to finish enough layouts to send them away to make a hardbound book. Almost there. Can't wait to see the results.

30 maybe a month, in a blurb book. Took my latest book to school today - a few of them wanted to pay me to do books for them. :)
I don't print on paper. My books for me are 80 or 120 pages and hard cover with image wrap cover. I have made 6 for rellies, that were 40 pages and soft cover. My usual size is 8 x 10, which puts the square LO at 7.25 inches square. I have made three larger books.

Yes, lots of ink:) i am new to this digi stuff, but I don't think i would print them at home, especially if the paper wasn't archival.
I was hesitant to even waste the time printing at all, and was just putting pages into imovie, since the kids love watching themselves!
I thought this digital stuff was suppose to be cheaper than the old paper ways. I just found scrappingsimply.com. (http://www.scrappingsimply.com) They print on true archival photo paper at $1.99 for a 12x12, AND they were so fast! (love instant gratification)
So, for all of you designers out there, I am now buying more from you cause i know i can actually see an end result and print the stuff! (3 copies of each too! One for each kids book...soooo much better than cutting out 3 pages of die cuts! these other women are just missing out!)
I printed over 100 pages last week, and I already got them back! woot woot!

Yep, printing in books at a place like Artscow.com (there are lots of other places that print albums, but none as inexpensively as Artscow) saves money. Stockpile a year of LOs, or a vacation, and print a book, it's less expensive than printing individual pages! And ultimately printed and bound albums take up less space than traditional albums.
