I have more questions. I used a plopper and it has picture corners on it. How do I get those corners over my picture and still get the picture plopped into the frame?

Two ways. In the plopper, click in the white space where the photo goes, you should get a selection of that white space. Then click delete or cut. Then put you photo on a layer behind that. that's the easy way. The other way is to make your own selection and click delete.

if it's a png file, then your photo can go right behind it already, just move the photo layer down in the layers palette. if it's a jpg then you can choose one of the options sue posted. hth. :)
yes, if it's PNG file the hole will have the gray/white checkerboard inside it. Just put the photo on a layer below the Plopper.
If you have Photoshop, a cool option is to Ctrl-A to select your entire photo, then go to the JPG Plopper and use the Magic Wand click the white area on a JPG Plopper. Then go to Edit>Paste Into and it'll paste your photo into that selection, cropping it to match. You can move it around and such until you deselect. Then it'll all be on one layer. Or do the cut out the white part by selecting and hitting Delte, thus turning it into a transparent hole like a PNG Plopper.
