I'm in PSCS2 and i've designed a brush but when I go to Edit--> Define Brush preset..it isn't there for me to select.
What am I doing wrong???

Yep, I have done that a few times. That is why I love designing and scrapping at 200dpi. The 12x12 document size is 2400px by 2400 px and this is the max size you can make a brush. :)

Oooh Angie, good tip! For anyone who doesn't know, making a marquee around what you want to define as a brush works, even when the document pixel size is too big.

It works in CS for me. As long as your selection is also under 2400 x2400?
yes, making a selection around the area to be a brush makes the area to define smaller and the option will not be grayed out. Try it again, perhaps something went wrong or you missed a step?

yeah it probably wasn't small enough of a selection

Lis, you can tell how big your selection is by looking in the info pallette, down in the bottom right corner.
