how do I save a transcript (chat)? Or view more than what my scroll bar shows?

Hey, Mary. While in chat, next to the window where you type, there's a question mark. Click on it to open a window of commands for the chat. Lots of fun smilies, text effects, and commands.

The most frequent are
/show 900 or however many lines you want to show
and
/save 900 or however many...you get it; I think this makes a .txt file, not sure

or after /show 500 just copy and paste the lines into a Word Processing document
