Just wondering - since both Laura and I are new to this, what is the normal size of the photo's that are swapped? I have three to send to Laura, and all are over 1mb in size to maintain clarity etc, is that normal?

I prefer to have high quality photos to work with. If it is hard to send the photos you can put them in a zip file or use yousendit.com to send the large file. That way when your partner sends you the flattened .jpeg version you can print it. You will probably have to either zip the finished file or use yousendit.com as well. Ask if you need help doing either of these things :)

Sorry the second one is so small here, there's a lot of stuff on it so it didn't want to compress! Hope your girls (and you) like them! They aren't in your usual style (or mine for that matter), but I wanted the girls' sense of fun and energy to be reflected in the pages.

You did more than just doing them justice. They are beautiful! I didn't know it would be so much fun to see my son's photos captured in a layout created by another person. You did a great job with the colors, layout, and the mood. And you even improved on my journaling by about a 1000%. I love them!

Here are the layouts that I made with Kaysea's photos.

I took the liberty of changing the photos to black and white and using the Virtual Photographer Reminiscing filter on them. I hope she doesn't mind too much. I had so much fun scrapping these photos of young girls and using girlie papers and colors. I hope that I didn't overdo it.
