Any Shaker Box tutorials?

Does anyone know of any Shaker Box tutorials arond?? Or can anyone tell me how??I use PSP 8....I think they are so neat and would like to try to make one....

I dont' know of any specifically. But basically you make your background shape. Then you do a frame on top of it. On the frame put a large shadow so that it is popping off the page. Then fill it with whatever you like.
I have some shaker boxes in my Seasons Page Kit.

it's a paper scrapping technique of making a box with things inside that can shake. :) i made a digital one long ago (attached)...
