New member- basic questions...

Hi all,

I plan to read through the tutorials & info you have here- may take a while!

For my first scrapbook, I'm hoping to create an album for an older aunt. She has given me some B & W photos of her mother & relatives, which I'd like to get into a scrapbook to both print out & also to create a CD that will play on a DVD player.

I purchased Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 3 on Black Friday after hearing so many good things about it. I spent the morning installing & looking over it. It came w/Picture To TV software to do the CD for TV viewing.

I'm sort of stuck trying to decide what sort of backgrounds & add-ins will look good w/B & W photos? I dropped them into a couple of pre-made frames & they just don't look right?

I'd really appreciate any sort of guidance in this...I'll try to get back here to read replies as often as I can this week (running out of time & we all know how it is coming up on Xmas!).

Check out our heritage CD in the store. It is wonderful and easy to put together pages with it. We also have all the pages available in ploppers so you can just plop your photos in easily. There are also tons of heritage kits by our designers as well.
