Pls Help....how to make photo fit into...

Hi I am new to all this. I am trying to use a round snow globe element but I have no idea how to crop my square picture into a round format.
Please help me figure out how to do this.

Microsoft Picture Manager
Publisher Pro

Hi there--Have you tried the cookie cutter tool in PSE? That's where I would start......good luck

cookie cutter would be great. In any of the programs try usign the Selection/Marquee tool and draw around the snow globe to get the shape/size you need. Then click on the photo layer and select the inverse and hit Delete

First, put your photo on your layout and put the snow globe on the layout. Position the photo under the snow globe so it's in the right spot and the right size
Draw your selection
Invert selection (a menu command like Select>Invert in PSE)
hit the Delete key on the Photo layer to cut into the snow globe shape
